once again it seems there are a few people that don't era Oze that e mail is the most efficient way to get order stat is, and just think you have a written record of your conversation!
I agree they will have to have a live dedicated CS rep available by the time they sell the 20,0000 but for the initial shipment not really.
I have used e mail with great effect both to get order status, and to advise on website content changes(two times now) and advised on some important information that needed to be included in a press release so believe me it works!
