a frustrated member posted her telephone experience online, and almost challenged anyone else to experience her dilemma..as an investor, i took her up on the "offer" and called twice, just to get an idea what it would be like for a potential customer to call and inquire about any issues..email is great, but often gets delayed or unanswered..there's nothing like a one on one phone call to resolve issues. (have experienced the same with cell phone service). i know sfio SWAMPED, but sure they are reading message boards...customer service is an important issue they must conquer at some point to be a 5-star company..long and buying more sfio!
