Hey, thanks for an almost thoughtful, interesting reply.
...and I mean that. There's so much nonsense and noise on this board, I hope you don't think I'm just being ironic or something. I will return the courtesy by assuming you are equally serious.
I have NO desire to "bring down the market on MXMI." I do have an interest in reality - or whatever passes for that in PennyLand.
(1)"The $20k paid advertising campaign" I don't really care about the PR campaign itself. I do care about disclosure. You are TOTALLY wrong about people "playing games," (as YOU phrase it), with the market. As we all know, there is a long and established history of "third party" people "paying" for campaigns in penny stocks.Usually it's simply recycled through the company involved. What matters is the reality, not the PR in the bogus "reports." The reality is, there is NO business there. No revenue, no 15 million users, no nothing. MXMI has provided ZERO information. Please... show me that I'm wrong. Show me evidence of 15 MILLION users, show me evidence of revenues.. show me evidence of ANYTHING.
(2) "The 15mm subscribers..." Please, this is embarrassing. Do I really have to go back and count how many time someone on this board has referred to the "15+ million users" of BB2Live? Are you now seriously claiming that every user of EMAIL has something to do with BB2 Live? I don't understand your point, otherwise. SMS is simply text messaging... does Verizon and ATT's customer base have anything to do with BB2Live? I didn't think so. Are you claiming that the ability to send email or text messages is somehow an advantage that BB2Live possesses over the rest of the world? LOL.
(3) It gets worse for you. MaxMedia has NO cash. So, yes, it matters A LOT how the deal was structured, especially given the past history of this company, where the CEO apparently seems to forget about 38 million plus shares coming on the market from previous acquisitions. Are you now claiming that all Grady bought was a 15 million list of email addresses??? Jeebus, there are a LOT cheaper ways to do THAT.
Stop the fluff.
