The real question is , why the desire from some to discredit and bring down the market on MXMI..including some site that claims to expose pump and dumps yet I must get 10-15 emails a day from PAID touts pushing obvious garbage; and they decide to select MXMI????? Hmmmmm sounds odd to me.

Lets address some of the potential negatives that have been cast on MXMI:

-The $20k paid advertising campaign--- not sure what the issue is here. MXMI didn't pay for it , it is disclosed that it was paid for and it was not tied to any dilution. If someone is playing games with the market, it doesn't change the value of the company. As real investors and people who see the true value add to their positions or open new positions, these games will become less and less

-The 15mm subscribers- I don't think anyone ever claimed that they were paying subscribers or anything like that. If you research BB2 or blackbook, you will see that they all became subscribers to use the free services (VOIP, IPTV , Streaming video, email, etc.). And as Jim said in a previous release:

The 15 million subscribers are an untapped goldmine of demographics. If you look at the subscribers as a list of names, then all you have is a lead list. But within the Max Media model coupled with BB2 technology and all its components, this is a virtual annuity of revenue streams." Various research groups have valued subscribers as high as $90 per in synergistic advertising campaigns.

Additionally, alot more came with the acquisition including a large amount of technology and applications.

-How they paid for the acquisition- Grady made it very clear in numerous releases that all acquisitions will be done for preferred Stock, debt and/or cash. I assume the acquisition price took the form of one or all of those. Either of those has an effect on their stock structure now.
