The previous Global Capacity was a wholly owned subsidiary of Capital Growth Systems Inc, who's assets were sold to the Pivotal Group in BK. Now Pivotal's private company named Global Capacity Pivotal, LLC (GCPivotal) owns all the assets including the web site. Right?

Reading the May 17 news release should help. Right?
