CGSYQ remains the ticker of the old company until BK closes. Capital Growth Systems, Inc. is no longer in any business of any kind...it will not emerge from BK.

Since the company is no longer in business......as you claim, please explain this NEWS on their website AFTER the May 20, 2011 date you reference.
