I don't know. All I can tell is that someone(s) believed that it was "OK" to sell thousands of shares of GVRP from, what turns out to be, an O/S of 11 shares.
It is hard for me to imagine how it happened but I have been around the investing world for over 40 years and I'm not often surprised - this one surprised me...lol.
