I don't think anything has come of it as it seems no one has ever been charged with the murder to date from anything I can find. Casciati does not show up in any of CGAQ's reports/filings so I don't think its much of an issue for CGAQ at this point. JMO

WHAT A TERRIFIC POST. Although I had a lot of the information
and because of my contrarian views, I was hesitant to go into
a lot of the details you posted. This is something that needed
to be known by those who wish to bet their money in CGAQ.

It does not take away from the value of the company, but it
begins to let us know how this company got started and the
reason it has been difficult for the stock price to remain high.

The Italian part was part of the Newspaper article. I failed to
understand why that would bother someone. It did not bother
me, my father name me after one of Italy's King, because of
his Italian ancestry. My Mother who was of Basque Ancestry
used to get upset, when they did not give Spain credit for
discovering America. If we saw each other as earthlings, we
would not have so much rivalry and discrimination.

It's great to find out, how CGAQ got started and the reason why
the stock price is having problems going up. Too many shares
were sold to so called investors at a very low price. If they keep
doing it we wont get off the low.
