I do think freezing is an issue. HEPI has taken care of that when it bulk ships product with temperature controlled trucks or via large totes to be bottled on site but it's out of HEPIs control when shipping from Xooma.
Might have to order a few cases in October each year to last the winter.
Could all be mute if Battelle can synthesize the fractions and make them available via alternate form. And I'll repeat that I haven't been buying HEPI for what Xooma can do. I have always been looking to HEPI being able to go to the food and nutra markets .......... and inflammation as a target. Seems to me that HEPI is getting closer.
