drdoomy1, in the stock market people are only allowed to sell stock at the Bid and buy stock on the Ask?;

We beiieve that the market maker is allowing all persons to purchase securities at the bid price and sell at the ask thus buying this stock is actually showing up as a sell and driving the pps down. Many times people we are aquainted with have purchased this security and have their records to prove it but yet it was reported by the mm as a sell and has driven the pps down. We have reason to believe that buying at the bid and then selling at the ask can result with instant profits for some unscrupulous traders.

I believe that is what you are complaining to FINRA about. When there is no demand to buy the stock at Ask, the Market Makers make a market.

I submitted my trade log to the CEO and investor relations on Friday but never got back any acknowledgement so I'm not feeling too warm and fuzzy that any of this is going anywhere. A simple "got it" from IR would have been nice.
