thats a valid point on SFIO. but maybe they need some financing to get em going. so they sell a few hundred orders and use that generated profit to purchase more and so on... just a thought...i do see a problem with why not enough for supply and demand? the market has already reacted to it overseas correct? why would U.S. be anything less than MORE NEEDED? we are the ones with all the f-cking rules and B.S. hoops to jump throu. but still a great stepping stone in the right direction before we begin achieving milestones imo.

There's really not much to disagree with here. I'm just gonna add some comments for the sake of keeping up a good discussion...

Sorry if I'm a bit skeptical. You say 500, but I don't recall any orders mentioned that started around #1, or #10, or #100, or even #200. This leads me to believe they started the order sequence at #300, since that's the lowest order numbers I've seen so far. Not unusual. Much like checks. Most people start them at 100. I've even opened checking accounts starting at 2000.

So, if they started at 300 and sold out by 500, their initial shipment was actually pretty small, especially since 6 was the order limit. Seems to me if it were substantial in any way, they would have said they sold out of xxx cartons, and have now ordered 19,600 more.

This is the elephant in the room that I think everyone knew but didn't want to say. Everything points to the order numbers having started in the 200 or 300 range. So I think my conservative estimate last week of 500 total e-cigs (starter kits) sold is still pretty good. 200-300 total orders, and a portion bought more than one starter kit.

Now, as far as the 19,600 'cartons', I'm assuming that's the same as 'boxes', which contains 4 packs of filters. Undiscounted and sold individually, 19.6K boxes x $16 per= $313.6K.

Its annoying how unclear they are about this, but still think they meant individual filter packs, because they say, "19,600 cartons of 10 filters each". The "boxes" of 40, 80, 120 filters sold on the site are just groupings of the individual 10 filter packs, which they assemble once they arrive here. The shipments directly from the manufacturer in Germany are clearly just those little 10 filter packs. SFIO puts them in their RE/AL boxes according to order type/quantity. So I'm sticking with 19.6K X $4 (the price of an individual 10-pack).

Small change. But do factor in the fact that with more filters in stock, more starter kits can now be sold, so the actual sales number that results from this new shipment is much higher than mearly 19.6K X $4, but still probably only around $200-300K.

Since nothing has been stated by the company regarding any type of major advertising/large distributors, it's safer to assume there is none just yet. Assumptions is what caused ppl to pay .07-.086. Haste makes waste.

I agree. And this accords with what customer service has told me, namely that investors need to be patient and stop pushing for world-wide market dominance so quickly, because they're still in the very early stages of testing the product and testing markets. But no doubt the product has potential to reach wide.

While the potentials are certainly 'there', I'm getting the feeling that SFIO is not going to grow anywhere near investor hopes. It's a financially limited pinkie, and that initself stunts the growth that overly optimistic investors conjure up, in their minds.

And FWIW, it might not be too much of a stretch of the imagination to expect a major distributor to require seeing 'a growing, addicted, repeat clientele' first. This could require 6-12 months.

Honestly lowman, before a major marketing campaign started, I would almost prefer that they concentrated on getting their financial house in order (at the same time continuing to test RE/AL and sell to limited markets). SFIO is still OTC "Limited Information" on otcmarkets. With the experienced people they have on staff now, why not work toward getting themselves in compliance and upgraded to OTCBB/QB at least? Then a mainstream advertising and distribution campaign would go over better. Why not air out the dirty laundry now and get it over with?
