There's more to it than just the filters though. Why didn't they say something about the rest of the unit?

When I hear the company say that they shipped "19,600 cartons of 10 filters each" I take that to mean that they have shipped in 19,600 packages of the RE/AL starter kits. Each package of RE/AL includes 10 filters each, hence why they said "of 10 filters each." I am sure they shipped half with Virginian blend and half with American blend filters.

I assume that they already have enough filters in stock, for the reason that you can still purchase them on their website. The starter kits is what is missing, and that is what the 19,600 means. Just my opinion - this seems to make more sense than saying they shipped in 19,600 filters in with no starter kits available.

"Its annoying how unclear they are about this, but still think they meant individual filter packs, because they say, "19,600 cartons of 10 filters each"."

It would've been nice had they sent some of the first shipment out as samples, but since this last PR made no mention whatsoever about distributors/samples, better safe not to assume.

I didn't catch the 'cartons of 10'. That brings the 'sell-out' factor down. To justify a pinksheet $25M cap, they should be doing atleast $3M-$4M in sales annually.
That would mean approx. 3 similar shipments every month, with kit and accessory sales included.

(19.6K x $4 = $78.4K x 36 weeks = $2.8M. Kits & accessories perhaps $1M)

Regarding financials, sales has no bearing on reporting status. Investors needn't worry about financials for impressive sales to occur. Same with landing a major distributor. Costco could care less what financials there may or may not be. They only care about 2 things: is there a growing market for the product, and can the company meet the supply needs they would have?

Financials are only needed to satisfy the investors, and to uplist.

Why do people think they sold out at 500 also why do we assume each order represents one kit I know of one MM who personally ordered 100 kits. My order number was 594 so they sold at least that many orders. I only ordered filters because I was just ordering to see how many orders had been sold, but I do know that there were starter kit available at the time I placed my order.

Let us not speculate
but we can positively say the number of orders was very close to if not more than 600 less whatever number, and by the way there were early orders in the 200s I know because I was awake when the frost order numbers were posted on the yahoo message board in the wee hours.
