If he really wants to know who's selling, he should start with the folks he sold to. When was this reply sent to you, since 300 mil were issued in the last 2 days.

The TA keeps the records or ownership. APCX is the one that has been dumping shares. The CEO obviously lied to you. APCX is the one selling shares, and he knows it.

Can we see the email he gave you permission with? And part where he says this is absolutely funny at best:

Where else would the money go? To help japan recovery efforts? To form a new orphanage in the Ukraine?

This CEO is lying IMO. I've watched the O/S and Float increase dramatically almost on a weekly basis. Shares are being added as restricted and unrestricted. The O/S and float just increased again this week. How can he say he's not selling shares? Did he give shares away thinking the buyers were going to hold them? Please, he knows who's selling because he knows who bought his cheap paper. I don't believe his words at all. He just hired folks to pump the stock for the next 3 months. DUH! Does he think we're stupid?

THE BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT is no one really knows if he's investing anything in SSLC because the terms of the agreement have never been disclosed. ASK HIM WHAT ARE THE TERMS OF THE SSLC AGREEMENT? I did and he told me he would have to check with his attorney to see what he could tell me. Guess what, haven't heard from him since then and he won't return any more emails.

Mr. Ottens, since you read these boards looking for bashers, (LOL) please post the terms of the SSLC agreement! Come clean and let everyone know the truth! Oh wait, the truth is you are finding every reason you can to sell shares, IMO. You produced one app, acquired a telecom company, and now LOI to acquire SSLC. What's your next excuse to sell more shares after the r/s?

This is getting pathetic watching the dilution. Just when you think maybe it's over, BOOM another 100M! I would recommend everyone email the TA daily to keep track of just how many shares this guy is selling. It will amaze you to find how often the SS changes.
