Mr. Otten's just gave me permission to post the actual email. Again, I am only posting his response, not defending the events of late.

Dear Mr. XX:

For the life of me I don't know who is selling shares. We did sell shares about a month ago
but I would have thought that those shares would have sold a while ago. If you have some
insight as to how I can find out specifically who is selling, please share that information with
me. I am looking for sources that can tell me who can provide me with specific
information as to who is buying and selling.

But I want you to know that whatever shares we have sold in the past, all of the money
goes right back to the company and for the acquisition of Super Star Learning.
