Of course, Merritt may have been sending out a red herring by indicating that the Nortel auction is too rich for IDCC's blood. He never said that IDCC won't be there and seemed pretty up-to-date on the procedure. I think they may still be in it in some manner.

What a crock of crap? If the patents are that disruptive, Nortel would not be in bankruptcy. Let's make sure we mess with the American inventors so we can cause some more job loss. Turn the computer off loop and forget about it. OK.
