Could you provide a link to the 'plan'? Was it presented by Hartcourt Management in the form of a proxy? Or was it some internet crapola?

Perhaps the business plan was reflected in the two half million share days there were on 5/31/2011, and 6/1/2011? The dollar value of both these days was OVER $1,000.00. http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=historical&symbol=HRCT
That could have been a turning point. Of course the turning point could have been when I sold out a couple years ago.
