That's exactly the question that nobody posting here can answer for you adar7 - at least with ANY certainty.

We don't know yet. The market sources (at least those not in the know) aren't sure yet. Anybody who does actually does know either isn't saying, or can't openly buy/sell based on that knowledge.

So here we wait.

Could be anywhere from where we sit now (less than $0.20/share UQs), through a few multiples of this short term depending on how stock & interest in the newco is divied out, to multiple dollars depending on who has kicked in what amount of hush money (if any).

And - longer term outlook is likely quite a bit higher than short-term outlook if the newco can properly market itself and it's NOLs.

Make your own educated guess. Place your bets. And we'll all see how this pans out reasonably shortly at this stage.
