What did he say about the filing? I thought he was going to know yesterday afternoon. You don't mention the filing at all in your message. I assume that you asked him about it. Can you share any of that conversation?

Sounds like good news Investo. I'll keep hoping against hope that the filing is on time and we don't become a stinky pinky. It would be nice for Tom to buy back a few million shares; that kind of volume has the potential of sending the SP back to .08, maybe not the teens but it will get us there in a hurry and really put a sizeable d*ck in the azz of Cornell which I believe they firmly deserve. While I do not condone violence against anyone, a swift kick in Cornell's junk is needed right now and would give us all a good laugh.

Hopefull for the future.

Or maybe he's thinking now, "A stock buyback would be cool, and even better at a lower price, I can get more shares of my company, so we'll let this thing delist and scoop up panic sellers' shares on the cheap, then issue really positive PRs to prop the price back up, and never have to file a damn 10K or 10Q again!" Why wouldn't this be a rational plan for Tom and family?

once again you have done a great job. maybe a pr on or before friday. i dont think he has enough time to do a buy back. dont they have to state so before hand. maybe he can state that in a pr before friday. that would be great. still a little time left before the pinks.

I'm trying to remember, but didn't you bring these ideas up to Tom a long time ago? Do you believe he was actually more receptive in this most recent conversation (due to increased frustration) or just being polite?

Of course, whatever plan he has, it will work best if he implements it to coincide with filings and pr's and not after going pink.

Thanks for your help. Let's hope he gets this thing turned around!
