Or maybe he's thinking now, "A stock buyback would be cool, and even better at a lower price, I can get more shares of my company, so we'll let this thing delist and scoop up panic sellers' shares on the cheap, then issue really positive PRs to prop the price back up, and never have to file a damn 10K or 10Q again!" Why wouldn't this be a rational plan for Tom and family?
