I own this piece of junk PYCT but thankfully only 4 million shares. I always own at least 12 or more pennies and have done penny stocks for over 20 years. Yes, I am sure of myself and yes this is a total scam ans every sign points to it. Learn how to DD a real penny or a scam. It's so bad now that nothing moves it up. It's too well know as a scam now and way too many shares. We heard the same thing on PYCT pay transfer. Banks is a joke and all who invested in CES already lost all that money as well. Scam penny stocks thrive on the naive and count on those type of investors.
