That's the agreement between InoLife and InoHealth from back in 2009 which part of it states that "InoHealth RETAINS ALL OWNERSHIP."

What about the agreement between InoLife and GCP?

No figures in either "agreement" is there? Pure FLUFF in both cases.

It's like me saying "I'm going to buy your house based on the condition of your house and what I need to put into it to fix it up" with no mention of how much you WILL get for your house.
