I agree with you. The settlement will be disclosed in a press release but the terms may or may not be disclosed to us until the next financial statement. I kept on thinking to myself, if we heard about a positive virgin settlement, what additional doors does NEOM need to get things off the ground? My answer is none at this time. Everything is being layed out, including BSDS with minor glitches to finalize. I also feel Intel, SAIC & FCB have known the outcome for a long time. Why would they waste their time and resources? IMO, they knew it was going to be positive. It may just be timing as Lupetto and others have said before the Fortune 100 company makes an announcement.

I think the virgin settlement finalization will just add gravy to the groundbase already established by NEOM. Additional partners, service providers and any companies ready to jump on the Paperclick bandwagon.

Technicalwin- although the terms of the settlement may be confidential the fact of settlement will not. The court will have to make a public docket entry indicating termination of litigation as a result of settlement. I think parties like MSFT can read between the lines that such a settlement would be in favor of NEOM even though they don't know how much Virgin is paying for licensing etc. Again, why would NEOM who has a top dollar firm willing to work on contingency settle for anything less than favorable.
