I think AVT and POPN have a different arrangement than that.

I don't think POPN could survive this alone anymore. The PR about the Shanghai Manufacturer never panned out. Per Rich Via Email because of "bad economic times that year".
The POPN warehouse does not look like it has the capacity to build many model 7000's at a time and they probably lost contracts because of that.
They now have a licensing agreement with AVT Inc. Remember the PR that states the sales dude at AVT is all over this. Ya I believe it The POPN patent and trademark have to be worth something else why would AVT take this on.
It has not even been a year since AVT and POPN started all this, so I'm giving it more time. POPN got way behind on orders and the slack is being taken up right now.
Technically I have no idea what is going on with POPN stock and can only joke about the possibilities cause I'm stuck here to.
