The original contract signed was meant for Sam to be majority share holder, by a slight margin. I think that is what we are returning to.

As for Paul's lawyers, I've not heard anything about them quitting. Paul's filing for Chapter 7 was an act of quitting. Knobbe was prepared to extend legal credit to Paul, up until he did this.
Paul actually has 3 sets of lawyers, one that is exclusive to Delaware, to represent him in Chancery Court.

I THINK THE SAD TRUTH OF THE MATTER IS Sam has less use for the share holders than he does Paul. If Sam was ever going to put out a PR I think he would have and could have long ago.
