"people like me and these other guys" have seen the site you keep touting, friend.
However, my reason for doubting your rather large estimate, is that there is a proven history here, and I do not believe in the current mgmt doing more than they have already done.
If INOL visibly changes their M.O., I will be happy for you and will cheerfully admit I was wrong. Until then, my opinion stands.

Im not able to reply private. Im a shareholder like you. Just be realistic in price/share. 2-3 cents in more like it. Or if there was a stock buy back/retire shares. Thats the only way it could go any higher. But dont look for that anytime soon
