Growth of Quasar? Did you mean growth in the A/S and O/S of Quasar in order to pay Joe back? That's what you really meant, right?

And what day exactly was Joe NOT deposed on? Can you refresh my memory?

Thanks

That is some of the best, sane, logical advice I have read on this board in years maybe. So many people are emotionally, physically, and financially trapped here.

SIR, with all due respect, why did not you get with JOE CANOUSE at some point and advise him NOT TO PURSUE Jeff Digenova in court?
you knew back then the truth and you still know the truth... Your problem is you know too many lies and that is eating at you... really eating at you.... thats why you help Joe Canouse leak court matters....thats why you come on QASP IHUB and try to convince commonshareholders to stay in QASP when you see it going to nothing. you said .0001 but you then try to hold the PP folks here... who would want to tells folks that kind of message? Jeff will be found honorable and right and the timeline of events is now being used to help prove a good defendants case

How bout you post Joe's depo? I mean I'm sure you'd want to be fair and transparent to all the QASP shareholders....

I, strongly suggest that QASP shareholders rally behind Joe and bring life back into this company and make it vital only because there is strength in numbers and that equals positive volume.

Being the financial guru you think you are, I am sure you are familiar with the old saying "Don't throw good money after bad".

Seems to me that, if the PP doesn't happen, as you are claiming, then there is a Catch-22. Shareholders may be stuck, but so is Joe as he has no volume/buyers to raise money.

Appears Joe needs shareholders more than shareholders need Joe.

Oh man you couldn't come up with a worse statement. Unless Joe has some hidden experience in the aerospace industry that no one else was previously privy to this company in it's current form is doomed.

Are you out of your f'ing mind! "rally behind Joe and bring life back into this company" is a really really dumb idea - in case you forget those damned Series A Preferred Stock still commands 6/7th of everything for no consideration. Any "rallying around" just gives company more chance to dump stock on stupid people which is exactly what its announced it will do.

QASP shares are not worth paper its printed on. Only those common holders who can swap shares into some other pipe dream that isn't in the clutches of Canouse/Bradley have a chance of getting anything for their mistakes.

lmao predictions -I predict after the court ruling you and joe will go back under a rock - Jeff is the CEO of Qasp -we will have a very friendly exchange -then Owens will control this trashed out shell -I have no doubt he has a plan for it later - who are you to advise the shareholders ???

strongly suggest that QASP shareholders rally behind Joe and bring life back into this company and make it vital only because there is strength in numbers and that equals positive volume.

you are kidding right???
not gonna happen

Who's right, who's wrong has no relevance IMHO

again -are you out of your mind ?? of course it does -you a better suited to a web page rather than making completely ignorant statements in public -facts facts - you have not produced one single fact since you showed up kwan -its too late and you just don't get it do you -

providing everything I do know

nothing that pertains to me or any other shareholder -

ok kwan heres what you want us to do :

1 yeah joe is my hero -cool dude and honest too

2 I love my qasp and I love it so much that I will just keep on buying the crap out of it while joe prints shares

3 yeah joe has big acquisitions for us -this is going to the moon

4 best management a guy could have -joe has completely destroyed every stock he has touched --yeah I love my Qasp

5 everybody lets all get together (strength in numbers) and help joe steal all the newbie's money

6 just ride it out guys when joe files BK pps will be .0001 and we can buy billions of shares cheap --and I do mean billions

wow kwan that was fun -let me sell my house and dump it in here so you don't have to stay with joe anymore -- yes kwan -I know

Dr. England and his schools are irrelevant to me because I do not know the full circumstances of his involvement with Equus. I, can like everyone else only speculate.

Yeah, it's a small world, ain't it?

I, will not touch the Mr. Owens fathers involvement role in any of this because I respect Owens and his family to much for that

I respect that as well. But then again, Mr. Owens does need to come clean with why he wants so badly to hand over a fifth of NHSH's equity to QASP's victimized shareholders.

What I, will say is that when it come to this side of the arena both Jeff and James are in over there heads, they are better suited for the private sector.

No doubt.

I may be wrong, but I think I saw a new zero on the right side of the decimal point on a couple of stocks this afternoon.

But what does this company do?! It is in the business of suing itself. No planes, no land mines, nothing... never was never will be anything other than a crappy clown show.
