Sorry, Porgie the only thing I have asserted here without providing everything I do know is that the exchange was not going to happen number 1, number 2 Jeff will not prevail in the lawsuit, number 3 if shareholders are so fed up with QASP, and want what they assume would be a better play into NHSH/Centacom, they should purchase those shares of NHSH, only because that would be there only play into it.
Furthermore, I have stated that the stock price of that company would continue to tank, soon they will mirror QASP, let's face it they are taking pages out of the ol' Dean playbook. I, will not attack or approach any real sensitive information involving the situation just the facts.
Dr. England and his schools are irrelevant to me because I do not know the full circumstances of his involvement with Equus. I, can like everyone else only speculate.
I, will not touch the Mr. Owens fathers involvement role in any of this because I respect Owens and his family to much for that.
I, try to keep it strictly business nothing personal. My opinions are based on a businesses model, outlook, and strategy. What I, will say is that when it come to this side of the arena both Jeff and James are in over there heads, they are better suited for the private sector.
I, strongly suggest that QASP shareholders rally behind Joe and bring life back into this company and make it vital only because there is strength in numbers and that equals positive volume.
Who's right, who's wrong has no relevance IMHO, but what is in jeopardy is your investment. It's time that everyone stop pointing fingers, hoping for some magic pill in the form of an exchange or PP, thinking that Jeff is going to prevail, and focus on positive suggestion that will aid in the growth of Quasar.
