Many companies went belly up in both 2009 and 2010 and many of the big companies needed bail out money from the govt to survive..Our company didn't apply for BK and used shares which it has every right to do to stay alive..
The good news is that since the company has cash in hand now and that the end of May beginning June is here with no new dilution shown..it would seem the turn around to the positive has started...veno
