The posted info about what JD Brown said to two individual shareholders is hearsay. Beyond that, I will need a detailed explanation on how one provides a "link" to prove hearsay....followed by how hearsay can be "proven" in the first place since by definition it is not factual but related speculation from a third party. Followed by why my speculation requires "proof" and a link. I hearby state for a fact that the referenced Expo post was speculation...consider this post your "link". Also why "links" must be provided for hearsay and not for SEC attorney names to whom disputed "factual" information about Expo Holdings A/S filings have been provided falsely in the past. The dollar amounts of the post are factually accurate (if not precise to the cent) and are archived in the 2009 pink sheet EXPH site financials. Suggest they be looked up before continuing to insist they do not exist. I believe the shareholderS reports to be accurate as well but freely admit for the SECOND time they are hearsay. If it is to be argued they're hearsay and those reporting called "liars"...strongly suggest arguing it to their faces. I see no other entity with a similar problem to date. The posts are archived in English for anyone caring or able to read them. Nothing in the referenced post of mine was implied or presented as factual. Not sure exactly what part of "I freely admit it's hearsay" or "IMHO" isn't being understood, but there is clearly only one entity seeming to have some issue with it. "Calling the company" and speaking with management for some genuine "DD" misinformation straight from the source may help to distort the facts to properly satisfactory levels for those so inclined. This "factual" conclusion that the US economy spiraled downward so drastically and rapidly between the beginning and end of December 2009 that it caused JD Brown's assessment for Expo's entire fiscal year to be off by over 72% is interesting. It is also improbable at best, impossible by any sane fiscal standards I am aware of related to proper revenue estimation techniques. I regret to inform that I have no phony SEC attorney EXPH conversational "facts" or out of date cached websites purposefully presented to mislead concerning this Expo info, so if that kind of "link" to Expo Holdings "factual" information is being requested, it will likely have to be sourced from factions proven to have provided it deceptively in the past. Where I represent something as a fact, I provide a link unless the vetted information from an unbiased source or the company is so painfully obvious or blatantly easy to obtain, it would be considered completely unnecessary by a normal Expo Holdings follower at this point in time. IMHO.
