That exchange does not leave much doubt regarding Judge Rader's view on the matter. Judge Lynn's comments to Nokia's counsel when she was granting their request to intervene in a case that had settled(and that she had vacated!) were not quite that boldly stated, but IMO they were just as clear in their meaning.
Looking forward to seeing what the three arb panel members thought after taking several years to study the situation.
