WithCatz, no, actually after thinking about it and re-reading your posts, I do agree with you. What you say does make sense. I was just reading it wrong, I guess. When I buy a share, I assume it's real. When it's time for a divdend, I am paid a certain amount for each share I own. It's the same for all shareholders. That's all the company has to do -- pay based on the actual number of shares they issued, no more. All the other fake shares are supposed to be dealt with, too. But I've never heard where that has ever happened.
