Actually Guru is correct if JPM has the Naked shorts there will be NO Short Squeeze!!

Because they will pay say $8.00 for the regular 1.7 billion common shares!! Say $13.6 billion and the other

The ONLY way for short squeeze is that the company making the offer for buying the NOL's is NOT JPM!!

These numbers were discussed right after the seizure, albeit specualtion due to the immense coverup. There were a few articles out discussing the "fail to deliver" and the potential naked shorting but then it went away very quickly because the majority of people were told and most thought including the cfriminals that the stock would be cancelled in bankruptcy as is what normally happens.

There are 1-3 Billion illegal shares out? lol. Here we go again. I go from stock to stock and see the same silliness posted. Okay, exactly where did you come up with that number?

The only way to know that, is if you got a copy of the DTC records, and the NOBO list, and the OBO list, and the T/A's records, and FINRA's records, and the companies records. And I can tell you with a certain amount of confidence that you haven't seen even one of those documents because none of those agencies will give a regular shareholder access. Only the company can request those documents.

So, which bogus website did you get this number from?
