$12 - $24 after a reverse split. No way in the current public float. Big question is what will be the r/s? 100:1?

That's why it's called a settlement.$12-$24/common share as a settlement. Real share value could be much higher, but then the fight would last a lot longer and none of the parties wants to end "dead or in jail". Only if a merger (read my previous posts) happens share price will exceed $24/common share. IMO
