What remains in the forefront of my mind are #'s 5 and 9 you've cited.
LO and others have spoken to to the potential viability of #5, but I have some of the same lingering doubts as JAL has with #9 apparently.

Other posters are more astute on these matters than me, so take my thoughts with a grain of salt.
