Thanks, I am very aware of the official documentation you posted. That is why I am confused by what people report the company tells them. In fact, I am one who has repeatedly stated that the company was not dormant beyond 1999 which is easy enough to confirm. Maybe the company has decided it was not good policy to maintain that position and that is why they have made no official statement since. It is also an example of why I don't call the company to ask such questions. I prefer information to be in hard copy form for all to see.
