If the report is correct, the company appears to be intent, or at least they are indicating to one investor that they are intent, on doing precisely what the SEC has required them to do:
"In order to bring your filings current, please file your Form 10-Ks for the years 1997 through 2009, including audited financial statements as soon as possible."

The company response to the above was:
"Response:
We are in the process of finding and engaging a PCAOB accounting firm in order to bring the financial statements up to date and current. Additionally, the company was dormant from 1999 through 2009, when Mr. Margiotta purchased the company."

On 2/3/11 the company filed an 8-K reporting the engagement of GBH CPA’s, PC to perform the necessary audit work. If in fact "the company was dormant from 1999 through 2009", a fact that some have questioned, the financial statement preparation and audit work for that period would go very, very quickly.

More compelling than the numbers, should this project ever actually be completed, will be the required footnotes and exhibits relating to the legal issues, acquisition documents and share issuances that have yet to be reported. As you noted, it's been a long time coming:

For the record, current Pinksheet status has yet to be achieved, although it could be without meeting the SEC's requirement stated above.
