I don't think they published the PR just for fun or fraudulence,cause if it's true, they gonna find themselves very quick out of the penny stock,this will be a suicide dump thing. I hope they do have something to show to all of us in nearest months. I don't think that management stupid. And yes if you want participate via this party you should buy before the dividend day - but this is already your own choice.
