Just does not make sence to me. Why not use the money to build the buisness and get out of sub-Pennyland. The company needs real investors from Mutual funds and investment groups not People putting in there spare change.

I just think it is a stupid decision by management. Sounds like PAYDAY for management.

What about the share holders who buy in AFTER the dividends? What do they get?

I will still research this company and decide if I want to invest. Ofcourse this is after the 6cent dividend.
