I have written this before. This guy is a slimy pos I wouldn't touch with gloves on. I know him from several boards and private exchange. He is absolutely unpredictable and far from sincerity. Whatever he does now, in the long term it is better for the company. From what was written, the company surely isn't hit hard of this resignation.
This is not good. It is one of the most bizzare disclouseres I have ever seen. It is hard to figure out. I have a full position in iVFH, but the attempts here to spin it as a positive are just wishful thinking. Its the most negative news IVFH has released in 2 years.
