Bizzare...yes! But still believe he will hold for higher.

As noted in his e-mails, the debt issue is being addressed. Hopefully Sam will put out a PR on this positive step soon!

This is not that bad for the company Dr. Brown was not in charge of any committee for IVFH. However he is the only guy in the company who has purchased shares with his own monies, and not at a discount like most of the other large shareholders. He was really trying to help to increase the PPS since he was the only guy on the board with skin in the game.

I am sure that we will be hearing more about Dr. Brown and he will not hurt the company or PPS. GLTA
