Bravo Rustler...well said, really. I've been watching the posts through the evening and have to say that was exemplary. Kudos and good marks for you. Thats exactly what this is...a lotto play. Some will win and some will lose. We make our decisions and stand by them. And finally, good luck to all. Points have been debated and now we wait!
Correct rustler....glad someone else understands that Pivotal did not PURCHASE the shell. Pivotal's 61.5% control of the shell was just the by-product of the bidding negotiations and subsequent asset transfer process of the BK IMO. I think the filings were clear about that. No one is disputing the fact that Najafi would have 61.5% voting control of the shell should he go through the process of exercising the warrants and converting the debentures. They clearly stated in the filings they had no intention of doing either of those things.
Nafafi now owns 100% of the 'sick' private company....The previous CGSY was a 'loser' and went BK.... why would he want to take GCPivotal public in the condition it's in?..maybe later if/when it proves a winner...BUT NOW??? He must think he has the wherewithal to make it work as a private company or he wouldn't have gone through all this? None of us know very much about his wherewithal or his thinking. Just me thinking out loud!
You're doing a great job as moderator of the debate here Rustler! Have a nice Holiday! JMHO
