This scam started around March 27. The 'practical experience' of losing money to this group may well be the best way to protect peeps from this kind of P&D in the future. Not only was it illegal securities manipulation, but it was immoral and unethical as well.

I don't think trading spikes are a scam, just people buying off NEWS, SEC 8k and 10Q filings.

It's all about NEWS and SEC filings.

Just regular folks trading off NEWS and SEC FILINGS.

Just go with the flow of money, that's all anyone here can do.

I hope everyone here can get out without any losses.

I would like to reply to you, but since I'm trying to reply to a deleted post and, unfortunately, I don't remember the entire content of the post, I'm not sure in what context I wrote the section you refer to.

I can, however, try to find the post that referenced this statement since I believe I read it from either a filling or a reference to a filling regarding the BK.

I will try to keep you posted on my progress.

If you'll re-read my post, you will see that I said the following, the full following:

"... I believe this based upon Mr Najafi's statement that he was "simpathetic to the CGSY investors" (my paraphrase) ..."

and you will notice the words in parenthesis:

"... (my paraphrase) ..."

What this means is that my statement "simpathetic to the CGSY investors" was a paraphrase of what I remember reading about what he said and as such should not be taken literally. Although you are correct about one thing. I DID misspell "sympathetic". ;-)
