If you'll re-read my post, you will see that I said the following, the full following:
"... I believe this based upon Mr Najafi's statement that he was "simpathetic to the CGSY investors" (my paraphrase) ..."
and you will notice the words in parenthesis:
"... (my paraphrase) ..."
What this means is that my statement "simpathetic to the CGSY investors" was a paraphrase of what I remember reading about what he said and as such should not be taken literally. Although you are correct about one thing. I DID misspell "sympathetic".
