im with you on this one doesn't look as though the courts went with cobalis on any counts. It still doesn't change the path for cobalis and that is to sell and execute the sales plan for prehistin. If ya is really short on shares they will have to run and cover. with the help of the courts or not the sec's rules will apply to that avail, no judge needed for that.
