BTW... UNOFICIAL.... appearently as the day in court progressed ClSC did actually prevail on some important points ( THEY REALLY ONLY NEED ONE GOOD CAUSE) .... this was from a actual horse's mouth that was there...I'd like to see the written proof .. but if what i was told was the case the tide has turned against YA... I await a written conformation.. the excerpts I cut and pasted were prelimanary findings... more to follow..
