I haven't seen "gm ce" before, but I'm guessing grey market and, per EDD, caveat emptor.

8000 (GM CE) (EIGH) ... gm ce = Grey Market Caveat Emptor - just sayin' - ... that happened back in November of 2010 with the SEC suspension... iHub now seems to show that stuff above... with the show quote feature http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=squote&symbol=EIGH - here and everywhere... the letters on any stock can be figured out ... seems that is new on iHub though, don't remember them showing a week or so ago nor before... :-)
