Najafi may have other, as yet undisclosed, plans. I believe this based upon Mr Najafi's statement that he was "simpathetic to the CGSY investors" (my paraphrase) and the remaining debentures that he holds.

plmcc... Please supply a link where MR Najafi made any such statement. One of the big problems here has been peeps posting 'made-up' opinions to further their cause. Made-up opinions are just lies are they not? Your opinion that he "may have other, as yet undisclosed, plans" is fine, but when you get into quoting him "simpathetic to the CGSY investors" (those are quotation marks right) you drift into the area of dropping a carefully couched lie. I highly doubt Najafi would spell sympathetic that way either.

People have a right to post their opinions on these boards but they don't have a right to post their own facts.

Don't be too hard on poor ensign either...after all, blaming the prince of the fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince.

This scam started around March 27. The 'practical experience' of losing money to this group may well be the best way to protect peeps from this kind of P&D in the future. Not only was it illegal securities manipulation, but it was immoral and unethical as well.
