vineseeker... So what would Sinopec's function be if Total would develop the JDZ? Would Sinopec sell out to Total? And why would Sinopec delay drilling any further wells if they want to sell to Total...or work with Total at developing blocks 2, 3, and 4?
You have probably seen my view that Sinopec may be waiting to learn the results in block one because if block one turns out to be a bust that could leave Sinopec on thier own....and then they would make the decision to proceed...or bail.
