IMO I really hope your right, but I think only time will tell and that could kill our Gains. People need to talk to there brokers so they can make there own choise.
The ONLY people that should be afraid to buy MMTE are those that use Penson as a clearing firm.
This is your statement and true it is. But in the grand scheme of things don't you believe this hurts MMTE. I'm sure there are alot of shareholders that use Penson stuck in this situation.
Meaning there hands are tied. They can't sell or buy. Now if you do the Math and with this recent news, i bet alot of shareholders that go through Penson would of thought of buying more shares but either can't and or are afraid to do so because of this.
