Let me ask this - who technically owns your house? Generally speaking the finance company does until it is 100% paid for. Who owns your car? Same thing, finance company.
Banks own it all until your debt is paid in full. Yes, you can do with it what you wish but it is the banks until paid for.
MMTE's stance on the Penson issue has been all along that THEIR status has not changed - their eligibility status has not changed in over a year! This has been stated by many people, WL Brian, Kgem and I cannot guarantee others so I'm not going to post more names but I am 99% certain others have said it too.
The ONLY people that should be afraid to buy MMTE are those that use Penson as a clearing firm.
